Receptionist

Join our friendly team! The Healthy Living Centre is a vibrant hub serving our local community with a wide range of services, events, and activities. We're looking for a friendly and organised receptionist to be the first point of contact for all our visitors.

• Job Type: 16 hours per week with possible overtime
• Salary: £12.75 per hour

Health Creation Sherpa (High Intensity Users)

Walk alongside people. Bridge hospital and community. Change the story.

We're looking for a grounded, compassionate relationship-builder to support people who frequently attend Weston Hospital - not by 'fixing' them, but by walking with them.

As a Health Creation Sherpa, you'll be based in Weston Hospital (especially ED) and out in the community - building trust with High Intensity Users, working alongside clinicians and Sirona, and connecting people to the relationships and support that prevent repeat crisis.

This isn't case management. It's deep listening, system navigation, and long-haul relational work.

You'll thrive if you:

• Believe health is created in communities, not just hospitals

We offer reflective practice, strong partnerships, 27 days holiday + Bank Holidays (pro rata), and the chance to help shape a new model of health in Weston-super-Mare.
